Default Need Yugo favor - recommendations for which quests to prioritize?

I only have 59 yugo favor points and thus only need 16 points... and want to get it done so I can start getting those awesome Yugo pots everyone keeps talking about!

I have Sins on Elite complete, and ToD on Hard, as well as the others on Normal. I am going to start some LFMs to start trying to get some, but was also wondering if some of the others I could perhaps try to solo on Hard and get there. Any you recommend solo-able on hard with an exploiter + a healer hireling? (what order would you recommend?)

    Thanks

Genesis elite is easy. That might get you over the hump. I think I did Genesis and Sins elite and ToD hard and I got to 75.

I`d say New Invasion on hard is about the same as normal, so try that one.
If life is meaningless, nothing you do matters. However, if life is meaningful then everything you do matter, something that places such a terrible burden on people that I think they are unwilling to bear it.

You can sneak through most of Bastion, or just faceroll it with your friends.

I suggest avoiding New Invasion if your healing comes from a hireling, because the boss fight punishes groups that don't have correct movement from all players. Some monk-rangers are sturdy enough to kill the boss without external healing, so give it a try if you feel brave. Remember the 90 minute deadline.

Genesis Point is the easiest of those dungeons, but there's a tricky bit where you leave the hireling upstairs at some buttons and run down to do the maze. If you can get a person to help you in GP then it's positively no problem.

Bastion of Power is fairly easy, but lengthy and the devils+portals have tons of hp, so it may take you a while. The boss fight is a little difficult, but the final boss can be safely (and slowly) killed with a lot of arrows. Park your healer hireling barely inside the gate, so the monsters in the boss room can't directly see her. Then just run in for a little here and there when you need healing.

I tried that and killed the chicken quite easily but the marilith kept aggroing right to my hireling no matter where I ran or what I tried to do.

and 2nded on New Invasion. I've not done it elite but a lot of people I've talked to said it's the hardest quest in the game.

The quest is easy, the end fight is really difficult.

    Sins: Elite
    Genesis: Elite
    Invasion: Normal
    Bastion: Normal
    Tower: Hard

    gets you exactly 75

I wouldn't go in there as an exploiter but a friendly (evoker) fvs could help you out there. I solo NI/hard regularly to help out others who need the favour while they are piking at the entrance. Takes about 20 min+. Endboss is a bit nastier than normal but an fvs shouldn't have troubles there.
(Make sure the fvs has a poison proof/disease something (spell/item) for that fight though. "You hear an early call from a grave"..whamooo hit for 700 damage Nasty if you don't make the save).

In my experience, the Marilith is physically unable to reach the extreme end of the entry hallway, and will actually leash before getting there. (Of course it's pretty bad if she does leash, because that heals her back to 100%)

The Marilith herself isn't a danger to a kiting ranger with a few thousand Cold Iron arrows, but the assorted demons she summons can catch up to you (and potentially trip)

Forgot the hireling, they are too stupid and will just get killed. I've solo'd both Sins and New Invasion on hard. Solo'd Bastion on normal, and won't bother with Genesis because it's a gotta be a pain running back and forth (though I've 2-personed it many times).

So my above formula for 75 yugo favor.

Is that on one of your builds posted on our forum? I'm gonna make a new toon this week and can't decide what to make.

Soloing New Invasion on Hard on my Exploiter is easier than soloing the end-boss on normal with the other 5 guys piking at the top of the hole.

    Dungeon scaling FTW!

No, but it's pretty much the stereotypical Exploiter ranger.

Agreed, it's a trip! But not the ideal way to get 75 yugo favor. A bunch of us did it the night before U5 went live so we could sneak it in before the chain-tumble nerf.

    my monk TR did

    tod elite
    genesis elite
    sins elite
    bastion casual
    invasion casual

i originally did them all casual to flag then went back and did a quick genesis and sins elite to get the pot favor, never redid bastion or invasion as it wasnt needed

    i also will go
    tod elite
    genesis elite
    sins hard
    bastion normal
    invasion normal

i generally get tod done on elite on all my characters at least once since groups run it all the time and genesis is super easy so that's a no brainer, from there any of the others on hard will get you the favor.

At work right now, but I think I managed 104 favor so far yugo. I have done Sins, Genesis, New Invasion, and ToD on elite but not Bastion yet. I will get it, but that quest is just a pain in the rear. Actually fun on hard (which I do have), but I imagine the marilith is pretty tough on elite.

Thanks for the inputs. I'll probably put some lfm's and hopefully I'll get some good groups to work on the favor.

A related question, on a melée/ac build (mine being an exploiter), which yugo pots are 'worth it' (the benefit is worth the associated penalty) and which are really not?

    STR: yes
    DEX: Yes
CON: lowers your attack speed by 5%. Only quest I use these is EDQ because the incoming brutality is enough that the 40 HP makes a difference.
    WIS: Yes
