    Default Few questions about undead...

After doing a few things in necropolis IV(Which I SERIOUSLY. HATE. NECROPOLIS. IV.) I had 2 main questions related to 'incorporal' undead:

    1. Why do incorporal undead ignore AC bonuses, yet obey any 'concealment' bonuses that apply? I know I can react to any attacks they make, so my AC bonus should apply, yet it is not. And it's not my ac; other corporal beings have a fairly high chance of missing me, yet these guys can hit me with no trouble.
    2. It seems whenever I get near a spot where 'incorporal' undead exist, they ALWAYS seem to be able to target me, no matter whether or not they see me. Do they have some sort of 'lifevision' or 'lifesense' where they can automatically detect you without having to make a FoV check? I know it is not my stealth, for no red dots are seen whenever a incorporal undead detects me, and for some reason, even with spot googles, I can see everyone but incorporal undead, therefore leading me to believe that they just detect you with no absolute exception.

I'm not so sure that they ignore AC bonuses in the first place. I seem to recall written accounts that Turbine implemented their PnP touch-attack armor bypass by simply giving them inordinantly high to-hit modifiers.
