Half Orc only!

I have been running all half-orc parties, and they have been a blast!

Seems like the ususal suspects reply to my LFM's and enjoy the orc smash & bash we get into. There is just something invigorating about an all half-orc party. Usually 4-5 axe and swords next to the character's names.

Sometimes we run with a heal-slave (hireling).

What's funny is the non-orc reactions to the lfm from "please let me in I an awesome DPS-er" to "YOU'LL never make it without a WIZARD!" said the wizard.

I saw a post recently where someone said they got to level 12 without needing a cleric...I am 12 now with my half-orc...we will have to just wait and see!

lol cleric? you can make it to 20 without needing a cleric. only quest in game i like one (still not needed) is GoP and the requisite litany flagging attached to it. of course i 2-box a caster and melee and 1-7/8 i solo with the melee with pots and 7/8+ i solo with the caster and firewall, works just fine, especially if the caster is wf (which always is), dont need no stinking cleric!!!

Ah yeah you can do anything in this game without a cleric as long as you run as warforged and take a wizard ;P

You don't even need that. Just some UMD, which isn't really that difficult even for a -2 cha character.

exactly, and leveling is easier solo than grouped anyways, so unless you are a cleric...

good ol dungeon scaling, even on elite being in there solo is better than being in there with 2+ people as solo the mobs hit for 5-10 dmg and really only have more hp/saves, elite favor farming made easy!

Clerics! My first half-orc is a cleric. Being able to start Str/Wis at 20/16 or 18/18 with no Con sacrifice on 32pt is awfully tasty. No other race can boast that.

I have been running 13 levels of all Half-Orc parties and it has been a blast.

Alot of players "get it"...many do not.

I usually receive several comments a day in regards to my "Half-orc Only" postings.

Sometimes its just a question: "Why do you run all Half-Orc parties?"
Someone asked "What do you get with running a party of all half-orcs?"
I replied " I get a party of all half-orcs."

Many times its disparaging like " You'll never get a caster!" or "Have fun buying pots!"

I even got cursed-out for it!

I am a huge fan of the race and the idea of playing a monster character!
Its great to, to look around at the wide variety of half-orcs outthere. It also allows me to meet and get to know the other orc-players on the server.

As I menitoned in a previous posts, and as several of you know, the Half-Orcs absolutely lay-down & destroy everything they meet. Quests traditionally done with well balanced parties have been completed a mear handful of orcs!
