official mail to the wrong e-mail adress

Today when I looked through the spamfilter of my hotmail account I found 2 mails from turbine account management. They are a few days old and are about the mabar event - but that's not the issue.

The issue is that my hotmail isn't the one I use for mails from turbine
It used to be - before the announcement about character transfer from Codemasters...but that's more than 3 months ago!
I don't expect mails from Turbine on my hotmail-account - I put in another mail address for a reason! I looked through the info on the "my account page" and my hotmail address is nowhere to be seen - how can I get mails on a different mailadress than the one I put there?

(And I get all my DDO Store mails on the right mail adress in case you were wondering)

At the bottom of the emails you received at that email address may be an option to Opt in or change your contact information. If so, click the link and update your email there.

If not, you'll likely want to change the address listed on your account. Go to the Account Management website and log in. Click the Account Profile tab at the top and update your email.

My account already has the right mailadress - I checked it when I found the mails in my hotmail junk folder. (and I just checked it again)
It's a problem if mails from Turbine end up in my hotmail junk folder as I don't look in it very often - some might even be deleted without me ever noticing. I just want to be sure all mails end up the same place

This is what happened:
in july or august I change my mail adress from hotmail to yahoo mail to make sure my euro account could be paired with my US account.
on November the 10th I get a mail from account management on my hotmail adress.

I'm just bumping this - I got mail in my hotmail account again.
This time from the bug report team (Turbine support)
Somewhere in your system my hotmail address is still active.
I'm concerned that I might not see important mails from Turbine if they're sent to my hotmail.
I've just logged on to my account management and confirmed that it's the right mail address - could you please look into this?
