Is there something else I have to do/ select to use 32 point builds? When I create a new char I only have 28 points to spend.

Try talking to Nyx in the harbor, then logging off and trying again.

are you trying to use it on a drow char? cause that doesnt work

Yeah, drow don't get 32pbs because they already get 4 extra points over other races. I'd just be a d*** move.
