Wand Consolidation

Now I *know* this must have come up before but is there no way to implement consolidating wands of the same type together?

I'd love to see some kind of wand quiver but what I'm alluding to here is a mechanism to take two partially used wands and combine them to effectively 'recharge' one. I'm getting a little tired of cluttering up inventory space with several wands of the same type simply because none of them have a good charge on them.

What I'd love to see is a system where you could put two wands into the Stone of Change along with some nominal 'fee' (a number of Khyber or Siberus dragonshards?) and have the stone combine them. To avoid having wands with just a couple of charges after combination, perhaps if the total comes to less than 50 then just total them otherwise the excess would be lost might be a way to go. You could even lose a certain percentage for doing such a combination if it seems too unfair to let us combine wands in this way.

What do you think Devs? Is this a viable option?

The DDOer in me understands the idea, and likes it.

The old school D&Der in me cringes at the concept.


Good suggestion with the Stone/Change tho. That at least puts a cost to it. fair nuff, I'll add a virtual /signed to this.
