I'm posting on my old account's forum account and On my new ddo account it wont let me make an account so I can go to the forums, I clicked onto "my ddo"

It said I have to make a username and password

I entered the name and password confirmation but by the username it keeps saying an error occured when trying to make the account, Ive tried all sorts of usernames but it keeps saying the same thing. whats wrong with making the profile account?
