    Default Bringing back on topic...

...by asking what build would Chewbacca be? I'm going to suggest Mechanic Rogue for his ability to fix all manner of things and use of repeating crossbow. Maybe with a barb splash?

My first RPG was in fact the Star Wars Role Playing Game. Basically, it's a carbon copy of D&D 3.5 but with a Star Wars skin over it. Also, there is only one book; it has all parts of the player's handbook, GM's guide, and monster manual. Later on when I got D&D 3.5, I originally thought D&D copied Star Wars, but after learning some history, the SWRPG was just a money grab and/or trying to widen the audience.

IIRC, the Wookie race could do something similar to the barbarian rage...

I have the Star Wars RPG books from 1987, although I can't remember how close to D&D it was...

I had to reinvigorate this thread in honor of the Ultimate Bacon thread. Just makes sense in my mind.
