Used Tool first day it worked, got all my toons but one after 7 workdays and am still waiting for my main who has all the good stuff in his bank.
Received no transfer complete mail so I still hope he will show up someday.

Received email 18th telling me that Turbine had successfully completed character transfer
Today's the 29th and still no characters, no points and no feedback despite my bug report and account request

Same thing happened to me (well, I waited more than two full weeks), at least my missing character wasn't high level, but he had his bank filled with all the good equipment his older brothers and sisters gathered for his higher levels, he could be re-rolled, his gear can't ç_ç
Anyway, since no mail arrived, we could still hope that they're on their way...good luck friend.

Got the exact same issue here and a buddy of mine has the same status. It would be nice to get some update on why some characters seem to take forever to get. On a side-note I haven't played since I used the transfer tool and I'm not going to until I get my last character(s) and can start planning on whom to keep and send to Thelanis.
