8 days ago I initiated a premium service to transfer the new toons from ghallanda to "my" server. They advertised this service with 2-4 days. After 5 days I wrote an inquiry to the support. Neither for the premium service nor to the inquiry I got any answer or at least an acknowledgement of receipt. Anyone else experienced such a delay? As a vip subscriber I at least expect some personal cant that someone is taking care of my inquiries..;-)
