    Default DC problem? pastlife wiz?

Just wondering if DC is a problem for a max wis cleric or fvs? If it is how useful would 3x past life of wiz be? I was thinking more of a caster dps/cc than melee or healbot. Is it worth it or is DC just not a problem for divine?

Just reread the pastlife and there is a larger part i am missing here: what is the diffrence between DC and Penatration? i was thinking they were the same but it seems I am mistaken.

An extra point of DC (this applies against monsters saves) is always nice to have but one life toons are usually fine DC wise so it isnt necessary.

Spell penetration give you a better chance of overcoming spell resistance if an enemy has spell resistance. Creatures that have spell resistance check that first then they get to try and save against your spell.

    Past Life: Wizard (Passive)
You were a wizard in a past life. You occasionally find yourself desiring a good book. Each time you acquire this feat you gain +2 to spell penetration checks and the DC's of wands you use. This feat can be stacked up to three times.

Past Life: Arcane Initiate (Needs to have a feat spent to obtain)
You recall more about your past life as a wizard. You have +1 to the DC's of spells you cast and can cast the magic missile spell ten times per rest, creating a missile of magical energy that darts forth and unerringly strikes its target inflicting 1d4+1 force damage. For every 2 caster levels beyond first you gain an additional missile, maximum 10 missiles.

The passive one can be stacked three times, but it only applies to wand DCs, which stink anyways. The purchasable one (AFAIK) cannot be stacked (taken more than once) and even if it could, I'd never spend more than one feat on a feat-starved class such as Cleric.

Max out Wisdom, add Exceptional Wisdom, add Spell foci from items and/or spell school feats. Eat the highest + tome you can get, and max out the Cleric Wisdom Enhancement line. If your guild is big enough, bask in their Wisdom Shrine before tough content.

    Boom. Done.
