    Default Lesser reincarnations refund for faulty product

    One of my level 20 toons I wanted to LR to get more levels in Barbarian, this would then allow a TR with the barbarian past life.

    I have LR'ed many of my characters before, each time they were given a warning about replacing a class level with a new one before I chose the new class...
    This time it did not.

    So unless you write down all the levels of your character somewhere ( multi classed toons ), you have no way of knowing when you took you levels.

    Try MyDDO you may say, well that does not work, MyDDO is bugged and there is no character information.

    So, currently my toon is level 3 stuck on the boat because there is no longer a warning about class level changes for LR's.

    Refund please for a faulty product, or TR my toon with the barbarian past life.
    I do not want to spend money to fix this problem.
    In game support for this was not helpful and I was told to post here.

    This happened to me just this past Friday. I have submitted an in-game support request as well as an email to tech support. I just want to correct my character build as intended and hope they can help.

    If a dual/class character, you should have just chosen barbarian every level until it wouldn't let you anymore.

    For a triple-class character, this wouldn't work though... Yeah, they need to make it plain which class you took at each level during the process.

    I LR'd a toon a couple weeks ago to really just change the base stats since Turbine nerfed Touch of Death for Dark monks with low Wisdom.

    This caused all of my favor, quests, slayers, rares, etc to become reset without the ability to reacquire those quests again. No shroud, no ToD, no nothing.

    I submitted a ticket, which was escalated twice(i was impressed in the response time at first), and then the ticket was ignored for about a week. I gave up on waiting for them, finished leveling up to 20 however I could, and payed turbine MORE money so that I could TR and hopefully reset the bugged character.

    Thankfully it did, but I was disappointed in the communication process after the first tier of support. And after i fixed it, someone responded to the ticket, and I told him all this, and he just closed the ticket. didn't offer to refund the items i had to purchase to fix their bugged code. . .no apology, nothing.

    Sadly all this happened after investing ~100 dollars into the game. I would have walked away if I hadn't, but I guess I feel I need to get my moneys worth.
