need to know if this build is worth it and might actually be a useful assest later on and what end game gear should I be going for I am currently trying to complete 2 rad II kopeshes before tr so they are ready.

Looks like a solid rogue build!
I have a very similar 32pt build here. (Just swap OTWF for Exotic: Khopesh)

Assassin III rogues do insane damage when getting full sneak attack. Plus, the can rock kill counts since they have assassinate and insta-kill on 20.
However, they aren't as powerful as fighters and such in epics.

powerful enough in epics in their own way. rogues get sneak attack on autocrits, after all. they just aren't so good at putting mobs *into* autocrit territory.
