    Default Duo(Team of Two) Advice

My friend who is relatively new to MMO's is set on playing a healing class. Either, The Font of Healing: http://forums.ddo.com/showpost.php?p...30&postcount=2 OR The Spellsinger: http://forums.ddo.com/showpost.php?p...&postcount=123.

I'll play any build that BEST compliments either of these builds in terms of completing most of the game content as a two player team with occasional hirelings.

Any recommendations on a build to complete this duo?

All character, point build, etc. options are available.

I know this gets asked every week...and since I haven't seen it asked yet this week...I felt obligated to ask.

    Thanks,

Well as ddo is a Party game, lots of quests you are going to need parties for. their are only a select few ull be able to solo of level. if you insist on duo then ull need to be dps, like a barb or fighter.

To be honest i dont reccomend just duo, kinda gets boring and you dont get to meet new people. i break static groups some times to meet new people. D&D wasent made to be an SPRPG, its a MMORPG.

If your friend is Spellsinger, healer and/or something more 'caster' type, then you roll an Exploiter.

You chop stuff (even pew pew from time to time), do traps/locks, buff with some nice spells, etc, your friend does magic stuff, crowd control, buffs, heals, etc. Combined you and your friend will have every functionality a perfect full party has.

Exploiter (Ranger18/Rogue1/Monk1) type build is perfect for what you want.

If a Spellsinger is duoing, their partner should be a top notch DPS.

And duoing is pretty relaxing. I duoed nearly every quest while TRing. I was a Rogue, my friend was a Cleric. We even duoed all the Amrath quests on normal with no deaths (except A New Invasion, which puts you back at a shrine anyway). We duoed Elite GH for the Draconic Vitality, every Vale Quest (some on H/E), and more. If you're both very competent and have good gear it can be easier than a random PUG and more enjoyable.
