    Default To the OP

I like using the healing aura and standing in with the melees. Its easier to use a positive burst and I utilize Mass Heal. i have 600 hp's and great blocking DR. A Torq and Concordant Oppostion item to boot. Harry isnt a problem. So if you see me run in with The Joes, stay close.

And this helps the thread along how?

Seriously, while many clerics are not tough enough to survive toe to toe, there are some that can, as well as helping with the DPS.

The thread was 11 days dead and somebody revived it.

You continuing to post isn't helping the thread die again. (Not that my continuing is helping, but whatever.)

Not suggesting anything just trying to understand,
So your point is that your a mana sink without proper build to survive without a nanny so you expect the cleric to stand there and watch your blue bar because you have trouble surviving more than one hit. Therefore the cleric is lousy.
    Got it.

Just FYI, My cleric's radiant aura is primarily used to top off the "your the cleric heal, pots are expensive!", "never saw damage I wanted to mitigate" barbs I run into as well, yet oddly some still die while the empowered potency IV cure critical wounds is on cool down.
They almost always blamed my cleric. So I would bet the clerics of your experience have much the same reaction as I, "meh, get in line."

These barbs, (why is it almost always a barb? 'Cause their uncivilized!), seem to take it personally when their 14 year old tirade of denial is laughed at. But I am sure that would never apply to you.

And for closing; Healing covers up a lot of short comings. A bad melee is far more likely to cause a wipe than a bad healer, much less an actual cleric.

Ya know I really hate to do this but this post drives me nuts. Not because of the ridicule of the game play decisions people make but because there is just something about it that makes it totally illegible.

to suggestion, but please put the right words or contractions in place so this hurts a little less to read.

Nothing against you, but this is something I have noticed is highly prevalent on this forum. Punctuation may not seem like a big deal, but it really helps to get your point across

But there isn't anything else to read! I'd bet people would let threads die if there were other interesting posts, but noooooo, no drama, no complaining, nothing! Either make the forum interesting or continue to live with the same tired old threads being revived over and over again.

QFT. When you fail, you take your knocks, move on, get better, make changes and improve. If you're not willing to fail, you'll never really learn. In short, go risk failure (and always be gracious, but especially when you fail).

Blah, why wait?! You and I could start something but I'll likely just go back to giggling at SPOGG. I guess reading the forums got me to go look at that blog for the first time in a long time, that's good right?

First, which are the right words? I generally use any I **** well please.

Second, not a single contraction in the post. One abbreviation, but no contraction.
Talk about driving a long way to fail at objection.

Third, I punctuated the hell out of it! Yes, I should have put quotes around "14 year old" in 14 year old tirade, but really? Your point is "punctuation was lacking"?

Dude, we can have a long conversation 'bout (WARNING!!! not a contraction!) what you learned in "English class" and whether a comma is really just a pause and a semi colon only denotes comment follows, (see punctuation is nothing but stage direction for word rhythm), but that would be further thread derail and seriously, I don't care.

Please feel free to counter point any fact or present your point of view to anything I say.
Hell, I'll (there is a conjunction for ya' ((though that is not))) argue anything.

I assure you I shall actually respect you even though I make fart noises every time you start to speak.

It is not so much about the punctuation so much as the wrong words being used in lots of places. Here let me show you:

"Your knuckles are really hairy! You're gonna need a lot of wax to get rid of that."

Your - The possessive form of you.
You're - contraction meaning you are.

They aren't interchangeable; they mean completely different things.

    Here is another example:

"There is a store up the street that carries knuckle wax. I suspect they're gonna need to order more after you visit."

    OR

"There is a store up the street that carries knuckle wax. Their inventory is kind of small though, you're better off going to a specialty wax store."

Their - The possessive form of they.
The're - Contraction meaning they are.
There - A place or point in time. Can also be used when talking about an abstract idea.

If you really think what you wrote was wrong because of punctuation, you have a lot more fundamental problems with your writing. You're over 14 right? Most people learn the basics of pronouns in elementary school. I don't know about where you went to school but mine was broken down by grade, not subject. So really I learned about these things in the 4th or 5th grade, not English class.

Using big words doesn't make you smarter ya know. You can use whatever you **** well please, but you should understand that if you are trying to look smart using your instead of you're makes your sentence mean little more than gibberish.

There is a lot of stuff on the internet about how to properly use certain words, but I think TheOatmeal says it best:

    http://theoatmeal.com/comics/misspelling

He also has others that may help

    http://theoatmeal.com/comics/semicolon
    http://theoatmeal.com/comics/apostrophe

When you're trying to put someone down and make yourself seem smarter than they are by using big words, you now have tools that will help you with the small ones too!

So the whole fuss was over my missing a typo or Freudian, or perhaps your making a breast enlargement out of it? Wow, you might want that looked at.
If you really think what you wrote was wrong because of punctuation,
or I could have been referring to the post in which I was quoted. But you go ahead and walk down that road all alone so you don't have to accept the responsibility for your words, 'K.

(please insert loud annoying buzzer sound here.) Wrong! In fact, capt. Bucky, very few learn it. Which is why spell checkers were required in the first place. But please lets have a detailed 20 page explanation of why it should be color instead of colour. Because the spell checker can't get that right either (which can be pronounced as if it has an "I" at the front if your a German born king of England.)

Using big words doesn't make you smarter ya know. You can use whatever you **** well please, but you should understand that if you are trying to look smart using your instead of you're makes your sentence mean little more than gibberish.
How dare you bring appearance into this! Just because I have a pronounced scar does not give you the right to insult! ( see I can run a tangent and avoid staying on subject too!)
    ...
Yes, I did mistype a possessive rather than a contraction. But instead of throwing that ground breaking piece out in the first place, the long tirade over it seems perhaps a bit over kill.
Your correct. (H'mm now am I suggesting ownership or did I actually mistype a word?)
Who gives a rats behind. Please find it in your heart to forgive me for typing fast and editing a lot, (there ya' go have a field day on not using alot instead jsut to try and seem smaterer than I is.) But the post was not an "ooh you messed up a word!" now was it?

Oh, and sorry to burst your boil (I mean obviously thar is somthin' up your backside that makes you think you need to slap me for not being respectfully chastised by you're self presumed mastery of the literary arts. Oh I know what it is! Sorry the degree does not does not result in actual income. The desperate, "It is important! It is!", foot stomping makes a great deal more sense. ; )

Now, have a filled day on this'n 'cause I spat up a few gems tehre fer ya's. Please B sir and
mark it with read surcalls so I knows which is the right shamrt makin'!
    Thaknns sweatie pi.

( Some randomn adverbs for you! please use them in sentences for Monday's test. ill equipped, pointless, immature, and git.)

Or you could address the points made in reference to the original topic.
    Your call,

(PS, neither this nor the prior post was personally insulting, it was sarcastic mockery of your attitude and post. I am certain you are a fine person and that your feelings on the matter are as deep as my disregard for it. I thought I should point that out as you take this forum as some serious significance and have trouble with the whole "what was the actual intent" thing. And I did tell you I would argue anything.)

    Ciao, Babe!
