I call those semi-speed. If I create a semi-speed 'cos I play at odd hours very often we get a group of 12 who want to complete and so we revert to speed. And yes any buffs that can be done on the run are done on the run. Part 1 all buffs done on the last portal as it is expected that only the arcanes will shrine and they can do their own. Part 4 starts as soon as a healer zones in so buffing is completed while playing with the trash mobs there. Buffing at end of part 3 done against the glass wall as anyone who needed to shrine should have done so at the end of part 2. You don't get individual buffs unless you ask for something - and you are expected to ask and know what you need.
