The Pale Blue thread made me remember that I had one of these. I know it's not as popular as the CON or STR ones, I believe it's Archamgi when charged.

And yes, it has Suppressed Powers and no I haven't equipped it.

*Edit* after doing some more detailed searches, it seem like this is fairly desirable, I'm really looking for lrg scales. I have 25+ of each other lrg ingredients, so I won't consider them but scales + plat would work too. Green steel blanks (just the cloak is all I need). Total number of lge scales will be considered the top bid. If that is not an option presented then slaces + GS then Scales + plat. This is what I have seen offered so far on Argo (just an general guild line, not exactly what I am expecting):
