    Default having trouble launching the game

    I have been playing for over 6 months now and its been fine until the recent update yesterday november 10, 2010

    As I was launching the game today and updated the recent updates from yesterdays maintenance it seems fine, then right after i pick the server i want to play on and start loading to launch the game nothing happened the game did not load after i choose the server i was playing (sarlona)... I tried doing it on other servers it still the same after i pick the server and starts to load to launch the game nothing happened tried it on another account it still the same any ideas on how this can be fixed? because i think this problem occured after the recent update... hope i could play today if there's an explainaton for this please do reply...

    I would recommend trying the steps here and the connection related ones here but also open a tech support request if you haven’t yet as well.

    After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.

    Default Same thing's happening to me.

    I have sent in a bug report on it.

    The game launcher allows the server to be selected then closes without the character selection screen opening.

    Update. My roommate can log in to his account on his pc. I have tried editing the speed entry in the UserPreferences.ini without success.

    Have not tried logging in to my account on roommates pc, not available at this time. Will try tomorrow.
