First thing here... You don't get the pale master forms until level 12 wizard. Second, why 3 rogue? Why rogue at all if you have so many ranger levels? (I guess UMD would be it, but why not just splash one rogue? You look like you want to do ranged, melee, AND arcane casting... I think I'd pick two out of the three.
I've seen arcane archer pale masters, but they were majority wizard and not majority ranger. Here's a build I made up a few nights ago:

Note that the base attack bonus is very low (you must have lots of divine power clickies) and the hp is also very low. This is first and foremost a wizard, but with some buffs and a good dex/str item, you can be an arcane archer.
