Hello, I sent in a premium service request from the official DDO premium service page below (filled in all the information, gave email address, sent in the premium service request, etc)

It has now been 8 business days and I have not been contacted via email about my request, I am wondering if I should send another request or just wait longer? Any advice would be great, as I have not used Turbine Premium Services before and do not know how long it takes
