pls fix hellfire crossbow droprate on live

I have friends who have done the raid on multiple characters, and i have done this raid at least 10 times on different toons too, no one has seen the hellfire crossbow on live. Even if it does exist, the drop rate is seriously too low.

Seriously, loot isn't supposed to be simple to get. I've seen it drop numerous times, if you haven't then you're just unlucky or someone's ninja'd it before you got to the chest.

drop numerous times? drop where? its not suppose to drop in any chest, its suppose to be in the end rewards list like nat gann's staff and time sensing goggles. so many people have said the same thing as you, but no one on live is able to produce a screenshot that this bow actually exist or drop in any chest. weird huh?
