    Default Account Update

    Tried to update my payment method and the account system is not accepting my cards. From the current posts and the fact that you guys aren't taking phone calls I would assume you are having some technical difficulties. Could you at least post such so that we allay hours of frustration thinking it's on our end?

    We feel your pain.......

    Still hoping for some kind of response, even if it is a simple....we are looking into it.

    Here is an update...

    Not sure why but I was able to reactivate after calling again at 4pm Eastern (USA). They mannually billed the same card I have on file and manually activated my account. They didn't go into why this happened and it was obvious they did want to discuss the issue so I didn't push but I am back up on VIP status, I think... Maybee I should go check before posting? hehe...



    Yep, back up and running.
