Soverign Run after 7..??

Hello guys,
i know about crunching soveriegn runes,about combination of rune to make the higher version,but i remember that you could buy a sovereign rune for 120 draconic rune.Now the only opton i have from the vendor in reaver refuge is to buy an eldritch rune for 50 draconic runes.did they remove the possibility of buying the tempset and the sovereign rune.????...i wnet and read the u7 notes and nuthing is mention about that fact???

anyone with the right info could enlight me???... thank you ijn advance

They removed that option quite some time ago, yes. Now you have to crunch up 3 Eldritch to make a Tempest, and 3 Tempest to make a Sovereign. You can also smash up Sovs into random other runes if you put it in the altar with a draconic rune.
