Ok guys, is there any store where rogues can buy +5 (+7) thieves tools, other than buying in the auction house??
Looked everywhere and cant find anything ,

Free Agent Vendor in the Harbor
If you get sufficient favor with the Free Agents, you can buy Thieves' Tools at the Free Agent Vendor in the Harbor (between the Wayward Lobster and the Irestone Inlet entrance).

+5 tools can be pulled in higher lvl chests, not sure how high they have to be though.
On my rogue i pull 1-3 in almost every shroud run instead of ingredients. Maybe that's just my weird luck, but i'm starting to hate em

150 favor with the free agents (this is an easy task, most favor from them is low level quests) allows you to buy cheap +4 tools.
Once you get to high level quests (+15), +5 tools drop far faster than they are consumed. I have kept 150 tools in my inventory for a long time now, whenever I get a tools drop I fill up the slots to 50 and sell the extra.

I keep 100-150 tools in my bags and then drop 2-3 stacks a week into the guild chest.
I suggest hitting up your guild for them.
Free agents dont sell +5 and nothing else is worth using.

They really are very cheap on the AH too, so just go there, imo. 200-300s on my server per stack. Or just stick with +4s if you have the favor.

On Argo it's currently ~1k, and only about 10 listings. :/ Looks like players usually can't be bothered to post them on the AH and just vendor them.

Yikes. Apparently so, or lower population/people not using the AH. (The above was for Sarlona, and sometimes I've gotten a few below 200s. Sometimes (weekends) it's at 400-500sish, so ymmv). Originally Posted by FlyingTurtle

I don't check the AH for them very often, but last time i did there were quite a few for 1k buyout (Khyber).
I never put them on the AH, if my bank fills up i just send them to random low lvl rogues from my guild.
Maybe ask some higher lvl guildies if they could spare some for you.

Thanks for the input guys... appreciate it... was afraid Id have to resort to the AH... the bad thing is,most ppl post em with a low starting price and a ridiculous buyout price. so when i put in a bid, have to wait 2 to 3 days to get em if I win. Will check the guild chest.... thanks again!
