    A few questions:
    Why TR Fighter?
    Why not Half-Elf ?

Do half-elves get the AA enhancement line like full elves? Honest question.

Yes, but they don't get the elven enhs to longbows.

Precise Shot is only good for a couple quests...and to get Imp. Precise shot.

I would not get it on its own.

Imp. Precise shot along with Manyshot and Bow Strength are going to define you as an archer, instead of a healer who shoots a bow.

They are 3 feats I would not build an AA without, and the things that are going to displace your casting feats, weakening your effectiveness there.

That said, there is a Fvs AA player who can solo Amrath quests on Elite. You can't come to absolutes and say any particular concept or build will never work, but it can definitely be said that the build is one component of what it takes to be successful in this game. Many times it has much more to do with experience, and to a lesser degree, equipment.

I would not try to play a build like this as an inexperienced player, there really isn't any adjusting it into a raid viable character.

Don't look at the people here tearing apart your build a being malicious, and looking down upon you. They are doing you a favor, based on the knowledge that they have gained.

If you get this build to later levels, you will be very disappointed unless you are in a tight group who takes you with them out of comraderie.

Now that you're through tearing my build apart and calling it useless, any actual advice for improving it?
I would check out my Radiant Archer of Zen build over here.

This is the improved version of a build that I leveled to 20. It is a competent archer and healer and an exceptional soloer.

Update 8 and half-elves brings a lot to the build. Don't skip the divine might
