    Default Character transfer: how long does it usually take?

    Hi, I've searched for some information in the forums but I couldn't find it.

    Could you please tell me how long it usually take to transfer a character form one server to the other (in my case from Thelanis to Ghallanda)?

    If this has already been covered somewhere else, please point me in the right direction :P

    Turn around is a bit longer than normal right now, as we do have lots of DDO players transferring. We just re-opened transfers recently, we just opened transfers to Ghallanda, Cannith and Orien, and many European players are transferring characters to consolidate. Turn around is likely to be more than 2 weeks for a while, as we work through the volume. As I've noted before, we do process the requests in the order they are received, so the sooner you submit the request, the sooner you'll be moved.

    what is happening to accounts that have had their characters tranferred to the wrong subscription?

    Ah it is changed to 2 weeks right now, thanks for that info, makes me less worried.
    Back to bloodbowl then a few more days.

    At this time we are not able to transfer characters between accounts or subscriptions. If you have a question in relation to the European character transfers from Devourer/Keeper to Ghallanda, I'd recommend posting in the European forums. I don't have any information about that at this time.

    i am sorry but why did my characters go to the wrong subscription on my account during the european transfer, this is an account issue this is why i posted here, i do not wish to spend my points on something i purchased in cash ready for this transfer and there are hundreds if not thousands who HAVE submitted tickets the way you explained and have had no answer. this was the transfer tools mistake and it was in the way it was written, you will loose a larege european playerbase if the wrong subscription bug is not fixed soon and we get our characters on the right subscription form our european accounts
