okay I can't pay anymore, and I wasn't able to cancel my payment when I moved, my account is suspended now, do I have to pay to get back on, or can I still login to my old account? I know this may be a dumb question, but I just want to make sure, it kind of makes me want to play it if I can get into my old account, but otherwise I may pass up and go back to LOTRO.

You can just log into the game and play. You'll have Premium status as a previous player.
