i think it doesn't stack with haste, so..

doesn't stack. still nice to have if travelling without a haste (or a lazy haster (yea i just made that word up) in the group.

Also, when they changed TWF, haste, wind stance etc a while back there was talk of items with haste , ie the collar and a few other things, being changed to a double strike % in the future.

and yea i dont have any more collars or i'd sell it to you.
