    Default Frozen, HELP!!

    I have had this problem for over 2 days now and tech Support not doing anything about it.

    I am getting the message as soon as I open the patcher that Installing pre-Requisite Files Downloading 'Spalsh Screen "
    Been like this for over 2 days now I have tried EVERYthing on the forums i can find out about trying to fix this and not 1 thing has worked. I have removed everything and reinstalled Highres 2 times now and removed and reinstalled Stdres once and still 100% same way as soon as I open the patcher. I am out of options can ANY help?

    Did you try disabling your firewall?

    Yes I have it set so all 4 DDo things can get through but never had a prob till other day with it and been playing it for 2 weeks

    If you're running (gasp) vista or windows 7, try right clicking and "run as administrator"

    Question

    No I am Running XP, I have also tried that and no it doesn't work either, As I said I have tried everything that I seen mentioned on these forums and the Support Site from Rebooting to Reinstalling to Running as Admin, So far Nothing

    Bump up for some Serious Help. I am at a Dead end here. Days on end tinkering with it and nothing yet

    Try putting a ticket in, or use the technical forums. They've helped me before.

    put 2 tickets in Thursday about it, and Also have post on tech forums not getting anywhere
