Default Crazy Audio, Keyboard, Ventrilo Issues only in DDO

Omg I need help!! When I run DDO I experience a couple different major technical problems, maybe all related, i dont know. All of these problems have persisted since the first time I played the game. I intend to become a paying subscriber next week, but I dont want to pay for a game that has these terrible issues for me.

First, audio. I get 3-5 minutes where nothing is wrong, then suddenly crazy loud digital-sounding beeping, grinding, musical notes overpowers the game volume. It lasts about one to two minutes then stops. So, I either play with no sound or I have to keep muting it over and over again. The sound is hard to describe, basically it sounds like the computer is mashing together a bunch of different sound files and trying to play a tenth of a second of each different file. Totally prevents me from being able to use voice chat, in game or third party software.

Second, Ventrilo. I cant run Vent with DDO. After a minute or so my vent freezes. It works fine at all other times with all other games, only messes up when I play DDO.

Third, Keyboard. I have a Zboard Merc SteelSeries gaming keyboard. It works fine at all other times except when I run DDO. When DDO is running, this happens very often, maybe once per minute - the backlighting on the keyboard flashes (which it never does) and all keys are locked out for a second or two. Worse, if I am touching a key when the lights flash, it will think I have kept the key pressed for the one to two second lockout. Sometimes this results in running off ledge, running into a pack of mobs, all kinds of bad stuff, if I am typing a message it will appear something like this "Hey bud, wanna runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn caged trooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooolls?"

I have tried reinstalling the game from a freshly downloaded file. I have double checked my sound card drivers and keyboard drivers.

Any suggestions?? I'll try anything! I've submitted a ticket but no response for like 2 weeks D:

thanks in advance for any help

My computer is 3 months old, it's a gaming monster with top-of-the-line (or almost) everything.
