Somewhere around 9-10%, depending on your str and procs.

For higher end builds, that's about 50 dps. Don't skip GTWF.

50 Damage per Swing or average points lost?

Per second. It's a fairly severe loss.

This assumes my char w/c for discussion purposes decides to gimp herself in not taking GTWF, and since she is already gimped and not properly geared, can only reach 42 STR, so this 42 STR non GTWF taking gimp = 50 damage per second loss?

Or this 50 DPS loss is compared to a max TWF DPS build?

If yes, then if its possible and able to determine, how much damage I am losing w/ the following variables

    42 str (w/ ram's, exceptional, spell rage)
    6 Favored enemy
    2 Valenar Enhancements
Radiance II scimitars (both hands), both w/ holy+flameburst+flameblast
    Max Bard Songs

And of course TWF + ITWF only.

I am asking because as of now my Archer Bard has all TWF enhancements but I find myself ranging 60% of the time in a good group (guildies), and with the mass CC and the likes, the loss of Imp. Precise Shot just to support GTWF (I got the first 2 for free as a 6 ranger splash) I felt cheated on both worlds, since A) I am not meleeing as a personal choice B) My ranged is gimped(its gimped to begin with).

I figure the 20% additional proc ain't that much dps loss on a sub-par build like mine, but for clarity's sake I'd rather just see the numbers provided by people like you so I would know and weigh the risks/loss and the "benefits" for clarity's sake.

Think of a disclaimer for myself before I begin tweaking my gimp builds.
