This article explains it better than I could:

Basically, you can trade in a few to get some various neat-o thingies.

I'm not certain what the going price is on the AH, but I hear that they bring in some somewhat-decent platinum.

    Ty for the link, guys!

So, i can trade the small fragments for potions, trinkets... I though that the fragments could be used to swap feats and to create magic itens.

Not so valuable and powerfull as I thought... =(

    Ty again! =)

The feat swap shards are these:

The binding shards (so that you can upgrade items later) are these:

3 of those shards can be traded in for 1 xp potion. To a TR, that's pretty valuable. I'd be willing to bet if you are new that's the most valuable item you have ever found and you could pick up a few thousand plat trading it to a vet.

Youre right. Used to play pnp, but in the DDO i am starting now. =)

    Tow questions:

1-why this fragment is valuable to veterans and or True Reincarnateds?
2-when you say "few thousand plat", could be...

It's valuable to TR people because after a player does a TR, they need much more XP to level up. The higher XP requirements are the main annoyance of TR players, so any XP boosts they can get will greatly excite them.

I'm unsure of an exact price quote. It's pretty much whatever a player is willing to pay you for it.

To answer your question, I'll expand Lorien's early answer:

The ability to earn an experience potion, without spending TP or real money, is of great benefit to the TRs. A TR needs more experience per level, then the non TR.
On Argo I play: Allandra Lvl 17 Rogue, and a few others.

I have sold them quick at a 10k Buyout, but not have tried that on all servers.

that 10k gets me 7k after AH fees ( I'm sure there can be something done to lessen the fee, and net more) I only sell them on the servers I just do favor runs on (which is why not all servers was said), which is nice because my freshly made runners look Good and have some sweet gear ( since Highest level character on those servers may reach L5)

But you really wouldn't need to ask what they sell for, you can just look at the AH and make your own decision what price they sell for.

Small Eberron Dragonshard Fragments have been my best sponsers for my Favor runners
