Its almost like someone anticipated that people would have questions about its abilities, and how to craft it. Eerie.

Note : Some of the info about Min. Level and BtC/BtA/Unbound is a bit out of date, though. I'll see what I can do about cleaning that up sometime soon.

That is odd, I did not think that the weird bound reward list could drop unique items that weren't part of the normal rewards.
