What if i go in an instance and just get one chest?

What if I go in an instance and run past a bunch of mobs, get one chest, recall, go back in once the instance is reset and do it again?

So according to you, if I go into OOB, and loot the chests, but dont complete it, im exploiting.

Or if I go into dq and loot those chests, im exploiting.

Or to broaden it a bit, anytime I go into a quest, kill mobs and loot chests, but dont complete, im exploiting, in otherwords, anytime a party wipes?

back on topic. some of us have piked enough abbots to get 5+ items per character from there and only do it for fun anyways, what happens when we zone in and find it is a learning session and 2 hours later the abbot is still alive? I'll tell you what happens, we /ragequit, join a diff group, cheese it and win it.

learning puzzles is fun and i dont even mind teaching people how to do them, but when you start doing it and failing you are inevitably going to waste someones time that has other things they want to do, especially the pikers going hun hun

because the devs never changed how epic scrolls in this game before?

sorry just had to say it since they have more than once changed how they drop making it worse each time. they know all the current methods of getting scrolls so imo the way it is now is WAI until they change it again because they simply cant think of a better way to do it. imo they should just add them to the final chest in an epic and make the # show up based on the # of monsters killed in the zone, but that would be intelligent and id never expect anything like that from turbine

with that logic, the way the abbot is run now is also WAI because they have nerfed that quest more than once as well, so if the current methods were wrong they would simply tell us and ban us for doing it any other way than the way they tell us to. but since that has not been done in years i will say any method of doing the abbot puzzles right now is WAI.

I'm afraid I don't know about those (been out of game for 4 months), so I'll have to take your word that those are as nefarious as being able to craft t3 in Shroud without finishing, or infi-looting the Tome pages chest.

I wouldn't put farming for scrolls at the same level as a free Skiver, Kehg. Doing so is disingenuous at best.
