Bump? Can I get some kind of feedback? Good or Bad.

Most people will tell you to go STR-based on a pure rogue; the argument being the boost to to-hit and AC from going DEX-/Finesse-based isn't worth the lost feat & lower DPS. It's OK from a flavor perspective, IMHO, just not ideal for max DPS.

However, every melee build should have Power Attack at some point, IMHO, esp. a Finesse-based one, which requires base STR 13. So either boost your base STR a pt or two - I'd probably dump-stat CHA - or plan to take a STR tome eventually. I would drop SF UMD; take Improved Crit at lvl 12 and PA at lvl 18 (or vice versa).

Also, you took IC Slash, but unless you plan to take khopesh prof. (and go STR-based), most pure rogues take IC Pierce and use rapiers. What weapon(s) were you planning on using?

Skills look fine, though if you don't have a haggle-bot yet you might want to consider maxing Haggle.

EDIT: I'd also take your feats in a slightly different order: TWF, Finesse, Toughness, ITWF, Imp Crit, GTWF, PA.

Hmm. Toughness is something I always take first thing, because specially in this case where I can't really get my hands on a Con item just yet, and then Weapon Finesse because I'd rather to attack slowly at first than pummeling the mobs with two weapons yet not able to really hit them. By Level 6, I'll have them all anyways. I mean.. I'd rather have TWF before then.. but I just don't think it works good. I'm going to try and get my hands on a Tome... and have been thinking about taking Power Attack.

I realized later that I put IC:Slicing in there. That was suppose to be piercing.

Haggle was something I wanted to go for, just not sure how I would do it unless I threw a couple points into Int.
