Hello, are you sick of half decent guilds merging, or lowering thier invite standards, and going down the drain just for the sake of huge rosters? Due to a recent disagreement in growth policy Psychobilly Deluxe is once again building back up to the small and elite status.

Our aim is a tight-knit raid force of 12 or so solid players, this gives us enough to fill a raid but not enough to need to do 2 runs of it to not leave anyone out (Attendance will be encouraged, but not be mandatory, if we're missing one or 2 people we can pug 1 or 2 people.) It also affords us the luxury of being able to pay more attention to the needs of individual members, as anyone who's been in a long term guild knows the joys of gearing the guild tank, etc.

On that note we value player skill over your toon's current gear, as one seems to be harder to get than the other. However some effort is expected to have been made, and continue to be made, on your part. We're here to help, not do it for you. (By the level we operate you should at least be able to break DR, carry important clickies, etc. Still waiting on the drop rate is acceptable, still meaning to get around to it is not so much)

We also highly encourage self sufficiency; doing something with a guild so you don't have to pug it is the point of a guild, but there's no reason you should expect 11 people to have to drop what they're doing so you can get a vod completion on normal, or do some lvl 12 quest on elite for favor. We want to help you but don't forget we have our own goals we want time to work on too! :-)

Easily offended need not apply, keep in mind however while we're cynical jerks and not easily offended ourselves we can definately be annoyed, and weigh personality meshing as heavily as player skill when selecting our members. Not everyone who knows how to play will get along with us and that's fine, we'll see you in parties, but we have no intention of moderating our guild chat. (Disclaimer: Stupidity, and sincere racism definately do offend us, but not alot else)

You'll be seeing pugs up with my name on them, hit them for completions or hit them to get to know us. Please keep in mind due to the outcome of a hasty invite or two in the past we do want to get to know you, if we don't start talking to you about a guild invite after 2 runs it doesn't mean we hate you! :-D
