Its rare...I know that. It is a great item...I know that. Value...to be negiotiated.

While this scroll for this item is rare and when made epic the belt is a VERY nice, it is still a belt. Unfortunately being a belt puts it in conflict with most of the decent Amarath/ToD sets and some other desired items so it isn't for every build. I have a character that can make use of it and I already have two of the four pieces to make it epic.

I'm not looking to get it for a large scale but I'm also not going to pony up five red scales for it either. You can go ahead and try to prove some type of comparison using AH prices but we all know those are out of wack and the 2M plat items don't sell.

I have plat, larges, some scrolls, some red dragon scales, and some rarer trade items that still have some value. If you have one tell me what you want for it. If it is too rich for my tastes I'll tell you and we're done.
