Where is Dirty Vingus??? Three-Barrel Cove Help

Where can I find Dirty Vingus, in Three-Barrel Cove adventure pack?

He is not in the tavern at the beginning of the adventure pack, and not outside it. Where is he?? I've found the entrance to the quest (Prove your Worth), but the NPC that bestows it, not yet.

Where can i find him?

The npcs are all in the town.

Walk outside and follow the left wall. You'll find him by other quest dudes, he's hidden around a corner

Exit the tavern and then exit the little courtyard through the doorway in front of you. Take an immediate left. Follow that left wall and you'll pass the quest giver for Old Gray Garl then you'll pass the quest giver for the minotaur quest (can't remember the name). Continue to the third NPC and that's Vingus. He's a kobold.

Dirty Vuingus is a Kobold Captain. He is around the corner on the ledge that has two other quest givers in town. One quest giver gives you the Old Grey Garl quest (Red Tom), and the other gives you the Scoundrels Run Quest (Rosie the Jinx). Keep following that to find the little Kobold.
