The ORC guild is a Vet/VIP theme zerging guild with role-playing elements.

The focus of the guild will be to have fun and make xp at a fast rate regardless of party make-up.
Since Update 7, several members have had a great time running in ALL ORC parties.

Self-preservation via "bring your own heals" is encouraged as well as a "every ORC for themselves" attitude.

Carrying another ORC's soul-stone is considered to be a social taboo in ORC culture and frowned upon.
The attitude of "Don't Ask, Don't Tusk!" is the norm in regards to soul-stone retrival.

The ORC guild is looking for more Half-Orc toons to join us in making ORC the most successful single-species guild of DDO.
This is the guild that successfully combines role-playing with zerging.

Place your Half-Orc character in ORC now!
ViPs & Vets are encouraged to put one of their Half-Orc characters in this guild to add their knowledge of guild-building and zerging to the mix.

New players are encouraged to join for the shear fun of blasting through dungeons and laying waste to everything within, for nothing stands up to an all ORC party.

If you still do not want to become an ORC, have your Half-Orc character become a friend of ORC and we all can still ORC-out together.

Orcs don't use black speech in either Eberron or Middle Earth. They use some sort of broken common (such as recommended above for role playing), and hobbits could often understand them.

Black speech may have been used by nazguls and others at the top, but not orcs. Ignore Peter Jackson's attempts to have rubgy fans use black speech for use outside of Orthac. While rugby fans might closely approximate orcs, they seemed to correctly ignore the attempts to use black speech in that situation.

The orcs of Middle-Earth most definitly use the Black Speech...you may want to research further, skai!

It may best be described as a bastardization of the orginal Black Speech and it may very well have its regional dialects.

That the orcs of Eberron do not use Black Speech is a moot point.

ORC of Argonessen just got its level 25 Stormbolt Glory!

This means more buffs and amenities.

We even have the ship decorated in Green & Purple!

What we need though is MORE ORCS!
This guild is only 5 months old (horcs were released 10/20/10) and we are most definitly recruiting.

What we need are OFFICERS to schedule raids, events and static group.
What we need are D&D players who miss the role-playing days to help add to the culture of the guild.

Since ORC is a themed guild we have offical colors and weapons (green and acid or green steel weapons).

The guild also needs a SUCCESOR! ORC currently has but a leader (the General) but a creative officer-type is desired to help-out with the guild and maybe even take-over one day!

2. Acid weapons are green. If a toon does not have one or even want to carry on ... so be it. We are casual guild, but utilizing team colors adds to the flavor of this casual, theme guild.
