    Default Premium Services

    I've ordered a few Premium Services now and I was wondering why I don't have a Premium Service Ticket.

    Shouldn't be too hard to send a copy to the email entered in the form.

    At this time our inquiry system doesn't have an automated email response. You do receive a confirmation page if the request is submitted and received. You'll receive an email when the Premium Service has been completed, or if they have additional verification questions. I will certainly pass along your interest in a confirmation email.

    Hello Victorie,

    A couple questions.....

    I noticed last week premium services were opened up again with a 3-5 business day turn around, so I requested a world character transfer on 11/03/10.

    I was going to do a follow up request with them, but the premium services link now says they are closed again; oddly the date of the closure message is 10/04/2010.

    I am wondering if A my transfer request will be honored, and B what the real time frame will be?

    I specify B because I encountered this scenario before and the transfer took over four weeks.

    Well.... that notice did go back up today. The date has been fixed.
    They are down again, but if you put your request in it will be honored when we're able to process them again.

    For the most up to date information on all Premium services, please check my Premium Service Status Sticky, which will now ALWAYS be at the top of this forum.
