Spellsong Vigor and sustaining Song.

Dear Devs,

Thanks for the spellsinger II upgrade from update &. Us SS really appreciate it. However I have noticed a problem:

I (13 spellsinger) was grouped with another bard (13 Virtuoso) the other day. I casted spellsong vigor on myself because I was low on SP. Whilst my SP was happily regenerating, the Virt sang sustaining song (HP regen) and that cancelled my Spellsong Vigor, which was kinda annoying.

Can I ask if this is working as intended?
It's already difficult to justify having more than 1 bard in a group. The fact that the regen songs from 2 different PrE bards conflict would make the issue worse.
The SP and HP regen are nice but not over powering and I can't see the need for the 2 to cancel each other out.

Sorry if this has been mentioned before but I can't seem to find any info by searching.
