VIP Given 2nd Acct @ sign up

Disclaimer: Terribly sorry as i'm not the person this has happend to.

A friend of mine Reiatsul on Cannith recently purchased a 1 year VIP subscription to DDO. His original account that he signed up with wasn't upgraded and instead you guys gave him a 2nd Account with VIP.

Reiatsul wants to use his current character and wants to learn more before he makes more characters and wants his main account to be vip or his toon on his vip account. He also doesn't want 2 accounts unless it's totally necessary.

What can he do? I'm helping him with the forums now >.>
