My toons arrived today at about 1pm gmt (19:11:10) and at exactly the same time as my Mrs's toons. We used our keys at the same time, about 10.30 pm gmt (02:11:10) Keep the faith :-)

still nothing, nearly 3 weeks now, no email no points no characters....
i wonder if i picked a bad time to go ftp, despite the fact that i have spent more money since then than i would have done if i had subscribed for the next 4 years

Still missing 1 or possibly 2 more toons, I got a load of them but at least 1 guy is missing. Really weird, did the guy who was doing the transfers suddenly go for 2 weeks holliday in the middle of things?

A Guildmate who doesnt Post or Read here had their Toons arrive today (24 - 11) early A.M.
They had utilised the Transfer Tool 24 hours or so after myself. Mine arrived 48+ Hours after I used it asap after it was Reinstated.
Hope this is of some Encouragement.

Yup, they're here, just sorting through them all now. Good most of them were just experiments I never bothered equipping with anything.
