Default Worthwhile Gear to get before TR'ing?

I've got a FvS that I'm getting ready to TR. It'll be my first one and I want to do it up right. Here's a list of the pertinent gear off the top of my head...let me know if there's anything worthwhile I'm missing before I pull the trigger. I'll be rerolling to a 15 paladin/3 monk/2 rogue healing amp build. Will be running around in plate armor from level 2-8 as a 1 rogue/x paladin and doing THF. At 9 I'll take rogue 2 and swap to mithril breastplate/chain shirts. At 11 I'll take my first monk level and will swap to robes by 13 at the latest. Weapons will be THF until 12 at which point I have some Greensteel Longswords banked.

L1: Still need a nice rapier and/or quarterstaff for my 1 rogue level. Have several +2 stat items w/ no ML. Have ML free rogue skill items and +5 tools to last 5 TR's. Have ML free featherfall boots. Will buy the full complement of potions (including crack...I mean haste) with my hagglebot. Also have a decent +1 mithril chain shirt. Not a lot but it's just level 1.
L2: Will borrow the Maelstrom I gave to my kid. +2 Adamantite Full Plate banked.
L4: Will switch to Carnifex. Need to find a pure good quarterstaff as well but I may just save Delera's until level 7 when I'll have Ghost Touch from my PrE and have a full complement of THF weapons for undead. +3 Adamantite Full Plate.
    L5: Jidz'Tetka but I don't think it'll get used. Voice/Mantle. +3 dex/str items. Have a moderate fortification rr belt that I should be able to use by then (UMD will be 8 base + 4 cha (14+eagle's) + 1 VoM + 2 heroism pot = 15)
L6: Have a full complement of nice THF weapons. Ghost Touch Maul of Maiming. Holy Quarterstaff. Etc. Not needed except against undead though as Carnifex rules the roost.
L7: Would scare up some of the +4 stat items but honestly don't mind the House P buffs. I'm good at planning around it and have to pick up the airship buffs anyways. Have a bloodrage symbiont that's got adamantite ritual * 2 on it to make sure the darned thing doesn't break. Simply the best twink item in the game. Might have the UMD by this point to sport the +4 prot bracers from Deleras (10 base skill, 14+2 base charisma=+3, eagle's splendor=+2 +3 bunny hat, +1 voice of the master = 19. Just a heroism pot/clicky away). Level 7 resist wands, shield wands now in range, etc. I'll probably need to buy some rogue skill items about this time (maybe even at level 5) but I'm not sure how long my disarm/disable will hold up since I won't be training anything other than the first 4 points into any rogue skills.
L8: +5 Mithril Breastplate. Will put ac ritual on it. Will grab a +5 heavy shield and toss ac ritual on it. Will need a nice 1h weapon just to have a sword&board option. Have an 8 minute nightshield clicky from the Mabar event. Have a cloak from Mabar for deathblock item. Will still make active use of shield clickies/wands to raise AC in dps mode.
L9: This is my main reason for not sweating the +4 items at level 7 (specifically the +4 necklace from Threnal). Nightforge Gorget comes at this level and heavy fort is in place.
L10: Vorpal Great Axe added to the weapons I have available.
L11: Greensteel goggles (+5cha skills, +6 wis/10 haggle/10 diplo/blind/disease/+150sp/con-opp), greensteel cloak (+45 hp smoke). Minos. Jidz-tetka will be equipped whenever in stance. Switch to silver flame necklace when deathblock is needed. Resist 11 wands. Shield 5 wands. If I still need a +4 item will pick up a cheap ML:11 version.
L12: Greensteel Lightning II Longsword, Greensteel Holy/GoodBurst/30% Amp Triple Pos. Need a decent robe here but may just swap to various greater elemental resists or guards for a few levels.
L13: Need to buy some +6 items. Have Tangleweed. Given the +6 wis on my con-opp I really just need +6 str, +6 con, +6 cha, and GFL. Belt, one ring, gloves, and boots are open so slotting charisma may be problematic...in that case would use eagle's splendor. Could have a charisma ring though and wear str gloves, gfl belt, con ring/cha ring, con necklace/silver flame necklace as two different sets. 30% striders. Don't have any of the +6 at the moment (or if I do I'm not aware of it) but those are fairly easy to pick up if I do it a few days ahead of time. Madstone shield if I ever want to turtle up. Gloves of Eternity for major healing lore. These would conflict with my slotting for a str item but there are ways around that (divine power scrolls/clickies for instance).
L14: Would be nice if I had Icy Raiments. I don't and doubt I pull it before TR'ing. Will stick with the guard or greater resist robes.
L15: This is where slotting the +6 items gets easy - pick up anything I missed as a cheap ML:15 version. Bears mentioning that all along the way I'll be wanting to look for a intimidate and open locks items. I'm not sweating it as I'll be mostly solo to this point and the locks aren't critical but again, worth mentioning.
L16: Dragontouched Robe. This is my last hold-up before TR'ing as I still need the right Tempest Rune for this. Will be 10% amp, 20% amp, Air Guard. I have 10%/Air Guard already and I'm LOVING it! Could use a +5 resist, incite 15%, incite 20% DT but I'm not going to hold off my TR for that...can do that in the next life. Or even a 10%/15%/20%. I'm currently saving any incite runes I find for this purpose and have one of the eldritch and tempest already.
L18: I only have 1 ToD ring at this point. Would love the Shintao and Frenzied Berserker but those definitely won't delay my TR. My ToD ring I have now is a +6cha/+1exwis so I doubt I waste the trophies on it. Basically I'll go into level 18+ like a new toon would for the most part. Oh, and have ToD boots. Possibly have a dream's edge kama set (1 vicious/1 deception) but I'm not sure if I'd rather have that on this toon or my monk. Both have great healing amp and this one couldn't use both to full effect until it got the epic gloves of the claw.
Epic Items: I may eventually recraft my gs smoke cloak to fit in the epic mabar cloak I have. This build practically BEGS for the epic gloves of the claw and a recraft of the second gs longsword to be a dps weapon. Doing epic mabar cloak frees up our DR from the trinket to allow use of bloodstone/litany/hogf/whatever. Have epic handwraps for undead beating. Will probably use holy sword khopesh (without the feats) for awhile any time all that matters is dps. Again though, I don't mind doing the epic grind on the new life...I don't need to have the power right when I hit 20 and whether I do it now or do it later it still delays it the same amount.

So that's it...I'll have a bit of a shopping list as I go but really don't have room to fully stock things anyways. And I could get drops from running things, etc...some things I'd rather just wait on. But is there any 'must-haves', especially BTC stuff, that I should look into getting before I take the plunge? I'd really like to pull the trigger in the next day or two as it's been a LONG trip in getting there (4 greensteel...3 of which were made specifically for the TR and 2 of them dual-shard) and I'm getting impatient. Still, if it's BTC and can't be gotten later then I'd rather just farm it now.

I also have some assorted other longswords my fvs currently carries. Not sure what all there is...I know a +4 vorpal longsword is in there...might be disruptors/banishers/etc as well. I never pull them out since if it's hard to kill I just cometfall it to death right now. :P

As a side note, the greensteel I made specific for the TR (smoke cloak, lightning II longsword, triple pos healing amp longsword) have been a revelation as to play style on an evoker build fvs. The healing amp is wonderful (especially once I add in my 20% amp rune...will be 71% amp off the gear alone) and for a class with a free capstone heal that's an insane amount of healing - almost always triple-digits with 250-300 crits with all the meta's on. The air guard on the robe really helps speed up beating things down when you're alone, don't want to bother drinking haste pots, and lightning II...well, when you've got a character that has no offensive melee feats at all, 14+2 base str, no offensive melee enhancements, that 500-600 point hit is ENORMOUS. It's a huge chunk of my melee dps. If I were to do it all over on my FvS those are the items that I'd use whether I planned on a TR or not. Your melee dps isn't enough to sweat breaking DR. Your offhand is better used for amp than for more melee dps. And when solo having a 30 second haste pop off on occasion just makes me smile.

Level 8 cloak is not deathblock, it's only blur and invis guard. 12 for the deathblock.
Please split the class forums into REAL subcategories this is a jumbled mess.

These two are must haves for me:
Pillar of light & Gravnoks Band ? -

Also the marshwalkers set from the new series in kundarak at around lv7 I think I found that useful, and 100% the new gauntlets from chronoscope the vorpal effect on them rocks, I ripped through deleras with those babies on and 2 holy pure good hammers.

Ahh, knew there was a reason I got it. The blur is nice in any case. I'll have to wait for the Silver Flame amulet for deathblock then and swap back to my mod fort belt when deathblock is needed pre-11.

I've tried...honest I have. I just can't wait 20 DQ's for the chance of pulling one. That'll be a priority on the next life though - get flagged asap and run that into the ground like I did in this current life with Reaver. I'll probably give this one more shot tonight before TR'ing.

That's a definite attempt on Pillar of Night. A zerg of catacombs is definitely in order. Gravnok's sounds too iffy to take the time to farm but it's a great suggestion for anyone that's considering tr'ing.

Marshwalkers and all those new sets are very nice but I'll wait to try pulling them at level. Those gloves from Chronoscope though...I definitely need to give that a try! So that's a chrono run, a DQ run, and a catacombs run in my future so far.

The ring is cheap on the AH on khyber I don't know how much it is there but I bought one for 10k plat and really even at 3x that its worth its weight for the amount of damage reduction it gives you when you work it out, you can become totally immune to kobold fire!

Great to know! I'll have to check for it before I hit level 2.
