stacking blurs?

Was someone able to make a determination on this? I know that when my toon with the Mabar Cloak on is the recipient of a Blur spell, I always see the buff icon show up.

What level cloak do you have? The level 12 is a 10%, so I always see Blur when it's cast on me since it boosts it to 20%.

I think these posts have been about the level 16 being a 20%, which makes blur not appear unless the cloak is off.

I can only guess that Blur would be more powerful than your GS and thats why?

The cloak MUST be 20% I do NOT have the buff symbol unless I remove the cloak

Or its bugged and you only get 10% even if you are also blurred lol

ya Im really not sure. I use to wear a dusk heart and I almost feel that it works about the same...

Can anyone confirm this? Maybe a dev?

cloak of night most certainly does *not* make blur an obsolete spell.
It's not "the best and most über cloak in the game"... by my experience maybe one or two people in a group uses the cloak. If you want to save sp you can ask if anyone doesn't need it or the opposite, if someone does need it.

I'm playing actively with a couple of toons with the level 8 cloak. So, it very well may be that the Blur on the cloak is a lower percentage.

The lower cloaks have Dusk, which is 10%.

The upper cloaks have Ghostly, which states 10% but appears to be 20%.
