I saw a +1 greater wood in the auction house today. I think the ones they put in the loot tables are unbound.

On a more serious note, does it seem like this is reversed to anyone else? Like there might be some flaw in the loot table where this stuff is supposed to drop from high-level quests but it drops from low-level quests instead? Or is this honestly WIA?

From what I can tell, it's WAI. Any chest has a chance of dropping a piece of store loot, although some quests drop certain loot more than others(Devil assualt elite/epic dropping astral diamonds).

Can't really tell. That was the first heart I've seen in any quest, high or low. If they drop in high level quests too, then I imagine it's WAI and is just a small chance from any chest in the game.
