I logged on this morning and found I had been downgraded from VIP. I went to "My Account" and saw the warning indicating that my card information was not valid. I summarily went and added in a new card and....oops, error, can't validate that card either. Tried 3 more cards.....no dice. I logged into each of my cards websites, all were active and had more than enough balance available. In addition I was able to use 2 of those cards for purchases at local stores shortly afterwards without issue.
Funny tho, I put in a good 10 hours yesterday without issue. Today, a Saturday, I have issues with the account and when is the account team open? Not on Saturday.
I will give some credit tho, my account has been here and "ViP" since the initial Beta and this is the first time I have had an issue with my account. Several years and only 1 issue, better than some other companies out there.
Has anyone else been having issues like the one I descibed at the top?
Is this a Turbine issue?
Am I screwed until next week?
