Give me them!

Just tried running it in a pug and no one knew what they were doing (including me epic-wise for this particular quest) and we tried a few different things.

Some folks wanted to try invisibility running to the tavern and bank and others (me) wanted to take a more methodical approach.

Note: Invisibility doesn't work with devils.

So what strategies have you all used that worked?
