Default Quick question about Suggestion spell

Can a mob under the suggestion spell be turned hostile again when you use on it the "Dismiss charm" ability ?

    Thanks for the answer.

bradleyforrest has it right, except that there's a little bit more.

Charm/suggestion spells remove aggro, and that aggro does not necessarily come back when dismiss charm is used. Getting the mob's attention again will result in fresh aggro.

You can see this for yourself by standing behind a mob and using dismiss charm on it. So long as it doesn't turn around and you don't move (it will investigate the sound of your footsteps), it will be quite placid. If you have somehow ended up with a large group of charmed mobs and want to use dismiss charm to make them kill each other, be sure to be standing out of sight when you dismiss, so that initial aggro falls on one of the other charmed critters.
