While you can only get XP so fast in this game, there are tricks when leveling up a character that can allow you to do things a lot faster than you may expect. As I alluded to in an earlier post in this thread, it isn't uncommon to hit upwards of 3k/minute from a quest.
Beyond that, while there are habits generally displayed by people who "sit glued to a computer" that can lead to poor health, almost all of these are external and have little to nothing to do with the direct result of playing the game or sitting in front of a computer.
Suppose I wake up at 6 AM after a good sleep, hit the gym for an hour, and put in 14 hours of straight play. Gosh, that is a lot right? Well, assuming also that my meal choices were nutritious throughout the day, please tell me what evidence you have to support this sort of behavior leading to poor health. I'd be rather impressed if you came up with any legitimate FACT.
